Plans FAQ
Is there a free NextLocator plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes the live family map, arrival and leave alerts, SOS alerts and fresh location requests, with up to people in each circle, saved places per circle and 2 days of location history.
What is the difference between NextLocator plans?
Every plan has the same safety features. Plans differ in how many people and saved places each circle can have, how many days of location history you can look back on, and how many circles you can create and join.
Does a plan cover everyone in my family circle?
Yes. A circle's limits, such as how many people and saved places it can have, come from the plan of the person who created it. Family members who join the circle don't need a paid plan of their own.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Circles, members and saved places above the new plan's limits are paused, not deleted, and come back if you upgrade again. Location history older than the new plan allows is deleted.
How do I pay for a plan or cancel it?
Plans are sold through Google Play and the App Store. The store charges you and renews the plan until you cancel it in the store's subscription settings.
When can I get a NextLocator plan?
Plans will be available in the NextLocator app when it launches on Google Play and the App Store.
